By using the services of Accurate Cash Access, LLC, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction which limits or prohibits telephone or Internet wagering with New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation.
• Account loading services may not be available to residents outside of New York.
• You will abide by all rules and conditions imposed by New York City Off-Betting Corporation.
• COMPANY may communicate with you for any purpose using email or telephone information provided by you.  Such communications will include customer service alerts and/or information concerning COMPANY'S services and programs.  Such communications may be either oral or text.
• Money advanced by COMPANY at your instruction may only be used for wagering with New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation.  You may not use the services of COMPANY for obtaining cash advances for general personal or business use.  Violation of this provision may result in termination of your privilege to use services provided by COMPANY and/or the imposition of additional fees and charges by COMPANY or your credit card issuer.
• The fees charged by COMPANY do not include or reflect significant fees that may be imposed on your transactions with COMPANY by issuing banks and/or credit card associations.  These fees are not imposed uniformly or in all cases.
• In the event COMPANY incurs a cost or suffers a loss on account of the repudiation of a charge by the account owner(s) of a credit card used by you or on account of any of your actions, you agree to be liable for the full amount of any such cost or loss including collection costs, legal fees and court costs.
• You will not cause COMPANY to initiate charges on cards that have been cancelled, lost, or stolen or that have an over-limit or other blocked status with issuer.
